Usui Reiki Ryoho Shoden
Learn to strengthen the seat of your power in the HARA!
The hara, located about two inches below the belly button, is the center of our life force energy. When your hara is strong and balanced, you cultivate guided willpower, emotional and mental stability, clarity, and a deeper relationship with your True Self.
I have an online Usui Reiki Level One class beginning Sunday, January 25, 2026 on Zoom, and I invite you to join a powerful learning experience we will create together. As someone with over 25 years of experience as a trained educator/facilitator and over a decade as a master energy healer, my approach is experiential, grounded, and responsive to your needs in real time. Whether you are a complete beginner or continuing your training, this class will meet you where you are.
This class is perfect for you if you want to:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Strengthen intuition and emotional resilience
• Develop a meaningful spiritual practice
• Feel more grounded, centered, and connected
• Support family, friends, or clients with gentle healing
• Reconnect to your inner light and personal power
In this class you will:
• Learn the system of Usui Reiki Ryōhō Shoden (Level One)
• Practice mental focus and contemplation of the Reiki precepts
• Connect with universal energy through meditation and breath work
• Learn how to offer hands-on healing to yourself, family, or friends
• Explore the history and lineage of Reiki
• Practice traditional Usui methods in weekly guided practice groups
• Receive 4 attunements
• Receive a PDF manual, handouts, and your certificate
Flex Schedule
This class is uniquely structured to support busy schedules.
• The three core classes are held on Sundays from 2:00–5:30 PM.
• If you cannot attend one of the Sunday classes, you may schedule one personal class with me based on your availability.
• An optional 4th class is offered (not required for certification).
• You must attend at least 3 hours of weekly practice meetings (each under 60 minutes).
• You will also complete 2 hours of independent hands-on healing.
• A final reflection will help you integrate your experience and demonstrate your connection to the energy.
You will be part of a small, supportive community learning and growing together with personal guidance throughout the journey.
Time Commitment

Two weekly practice sessions will be available for 6 weeks. (I ask you attend at least 3 hours total).
Independent practice of meditations and techniques on your own time.
